    I saw this headline earlier and admittedly my first thought was “giving them weapons probably isn’t a good idea.” But the more I thought about it, the more I realized the serotonin release from the repetitive motion probably WAS good for them. I know it keeps me from being completely insane. I love that they’re knitting for charities too- that made me feel all warm and fuzzy.

    My favorite quote from that article is, “It almost makes you feel like you don’t have to be anything. You’re all sitting there knitting. You can just be yourself.” That made my day.
